I'm Anna Hugill BSc (Hons), MBTPA, CBHT and my journey into healthcare combines science, people, and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best.
I hold a degree in Sports Science, giving me a strong understanding of human anatomy, movement, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. Before retraining as a Bowen Therapist, I spent over 25 years in the corporate world. There I developed valuable transferable skills in communication, listening, problem-solving, and building trusted relationships. Those experiences now allow me to provide compassionate, person-centred care where every client feels heard, understood, and supported.
I am a fully qualified Bowen Healthcare Therapist. My special interest is supporting the nervous system, helping the body move from a constant state of stress into rest, recovery, and repair. My approach is gentle, holistic, and tailored to the individual, recognising that every person's health journey is unique.
Coming Soon...
MSTR® (McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release) is a gentle treatment designed to improve the appearance, mobility and function of post-operative and long-term scars. It helps restore movement and reduce restrictions.
You might be recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply looking to improve your wellbeing. My aim is to help you reboot your body, restore balance, and get back to doing the things you love.
From September, I will be practising from City Clinic Plymouth every Wednesday and Thursday.
